Excellent quality perfume oils

I purchased Oud Gulab a while ago and found it reminded me of the authentic Indian oils I purchased in India more than 40 years ago and I love. Strong, intense, but natural and earthy. No chemical undertone. From the discovery set I’ve chosen my next must have; Lily & Vanilla. This is a beautiful creamy, sweet and comforting perfume. Highly recommend this product.

Stunning everyday scent! This is one that I love for days in the office. It’s not overpowering but still lasts all day. The soft and fresh blend of blue lotus, jasmine and musk is grounding and calming but also incredibly pretty.

Mogra is Jasmine done to perfection. It’s so lush and heady and exactly what I love about this gorgeous flower. The oil also lasts and lasts and has the most beautiful sillage. The first day I wore this I took the bottle in my handbag thinking I may need to reapply but so it was not necessary -7 hours in and I still felt like I was walking through jasmine bushes.

Mooshq Perfume Oil: An Indian Heritage Craft

Attar is an oil-based, alcohol-free perfume crafted using a centuries-old Indian tradition. In Kannauj, India’s perfume capital, artisans still follow the slow deg-bhapka distillation method - heating flowers, herbs and spices in copper stills over a wood fire and capturing the aromatic steam in oil. Unlike mass-produced perfumes, attar is hand-crafted in small batches, and its fragrance lingers softly close to the skin – an act of self-love, mindfulness and connectedness as much as it is a scent.

Meet the founder

I was born in Lucknow, India, where wearing attar is an act of self admiration and love. After moving to Australia in 2015, I felt a quiet pull to honour Indian craftsmanship.

With Kaasida's perfume oils, I share scents shaped by my childhood memories. Each blend reflects my culture, my roots and the ancient art of attar making.
