Returns & Exchange Policy

Something not quite right? We take returns or exchanges. As long as your purchase is meets the requirements for returns/exchange, no questions asked! 

Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to file your return request
  • Your return must be unwashed and unworn, and must be returned in its original condition, including tags and packaging (excl. the shipping mailer)
  • You must supply the online order confirmation email as proof of purchase
  • You must agree to pay necessary shipping charges to return purchase to us
  • Your return must be shipped and the tracking number must supplied to Kaasiḏa within 7 days of return/exchanges request approval

Note: Kaasiḏa reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above. Kaasiḏa will not be responsible for any lost of stolen shipments - purchase or return.


Submitting a Return or Exchange Request

  • Ensure that your return meets the requirement listed above
  • Simply, visit our returns portal and enter your order number along with the email address that you used to make the purchase
  • You will be presented with three options - Replacement, Refund and Store Credit. Choose the option that suits you and proceed to complete your request
  • Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a clear reference to your order number
  • Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/trackable form of postage as Kaasiḏa will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit
  • Upon receipt of the items, we will undergo a quality check. Once cleared, you will be emailed your store credit or refund (excluding any shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase
