Returns Policy for Fragrances

We pour love and care into every bottle and hope you’ll adore your perfume oil as much as we do. To help you experience our hand-crafted fragrances (made in small batches) before committing to a full-size bottle, we offer:

  1. 2ML Vials: Purchase any fragrance in a 2ml vial to experience it first.
  2. Discovery Ritual: Our Discovery Ritual includes all four of our scents in 2ml vials, allowing you to explore them all before purchasing full-size.
Please note: 2ml vials and Discovery Ritual sets are final sale and cannot be refunded unless faulty. These are created as sample sets for you to test our fragrances, and the cost of return postage often exceeds the product value.
  • All 10ml and 5ml perfume oils are eligible for return for a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
  • 2ml vials and Discovery Ritual sets are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Products must be in original packaging, unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, opened, or damaged in any way.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. This includes purchases returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect.
  • Pre-orders: 10ml or 5ml fragrances purchased on pre-order remain eligible for return. The 7-day return window begins once your order is delivered.

Returns Policy for Clothing

  • You have 7 days for fragrances and 14 days for clothing from the date of purchase to file your return request
  • Your return must be unwashed and unworn and must be returned in its original condition, including tags and packaging (excl. the shipping mailer)
  • You must supply the online order confirmation email as proof of purchase
  • You must agree to pay the necessary shipping charges to return the purchase to us
  • Your return must be shipped, and the tracking number must be supplied to Kaasida within 7 days of the return/exchange request approval
  • Gift Cards cannot be returned and refunded. 

 Submitting a Return or Exchange Request

  • Ensure that your return meets the requirements listed above
  • Simply visit our returns portal and select the order you would like to return. 
  • Select the reason for returns and send the request.
  • Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a clear reference to your order number
  • Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/trackable form of postage, as Kaasida will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit
  • Upon receipt of the items, we will conduct a quality check. Once cleared, you will be emailed your refunded amount (excluding any shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at hello@kaasida.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos where possible, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.   Note: Kaasida reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above. Kaasida will not be responsible for any loss of stolen shipments - purchase or return.


Exchange Policy

Due to the hand-crafted, small-batch nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your fragrance, you may return your 10ml or 5ml purchase within the 7-day or clothing within 14 -day return window for a refund or store credit. You can then use this to re-purchase your desired fragrance/clothing. Please note: 2ml vials and Discovery Ritual sets are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
